Salon Pros Resale Terms

All authorized, licensed cosmetologists receive 45% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. 

Casepacks:

Casepack purchases are not taxed at the time of sale to you because they are intended for resale only (and will be taxed by you at the time of resale). When you purchase a casepack, you are acknowledging to dpHUE that you have a valid tax resale ID number. If you do not have a Tax Resale ID Number, you cannot purchase a caskpack. You agree that dpHUE reserves the right to request this ID number at anytime for verification purposes. 

Sales are intended for within a salon and cannot be diverted online, including on Amazon.com. dpHUE has the right to discontinue sales to a vendor selling dpHUE product online.

Returns:

At this moment, returns and refunds are not accepted on wholesale-dphue.com. Purchases made at 45% off are considered Final Sale.

Casepack purchases are also exempt from being returned. If you are worried about this we recommend purchasing an individual product for testing before purchasing the casepacks.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pros@dphue.com and send your item to: 4405 France Avenue S Minneapolis Minnesota US 55410. Once we receive the item and inspect it we can approve or reject an exchange.
